The Inno RT201 is for standard truck beds 

Includes two mounts for attaching to truckbed siderail and securing the bicycle’s front bike fork and rear seat stay using the quick ratcheting holders. No need to take front bike wheel off.
No need to have to get inside the pickup truckbed to mount the bicycle to the bike rack either.
Even includes a D-ring on both mounts if you want to use the mounts to attach tie-down straps.
Quick and easy to mount, no tools or drilling required.
Optionally use a cable bike lock to secure the RT201 Velo Gripper truck bike rack mounts to the truckbed side rails. Holds one bicycle.
