Lone Peak placed padding in the side and bottom to protect and aid in keeping the bags shape.
Lone Peak has also introduced recycled tube weather protection.
The zipper is the greatest point of water penetration, so they use a piece of recycled inner tube across the zipper to keep the moisture out.
This gives better protection than a sealed zipper.
